By accessing and using VanaggarEG's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

VanaggarEG provides professional home mini-theater design, installation, and integration services across Canada. Our services include:

• Custom home theater design consultation
• Audio-visual equipment installation
• Smart home integration services
• Project management and support

3. Service Terms

3.1 Consultation Services

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Detailed design proposals and project quotes will be provided following the consultation. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Installation Services

Installation services are provided by certified technicians. Work schedules will be agreed upon in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within agreed timelines.

3.3 Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on our installation work and pass through manufacturer warranties on all equipment. Warranty terms do not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Progress payments as specified in contract
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their property and requirements
• Ensuring safe access to work areas
• Obtaining necessary permits where required
• Protecting equipment after installation

6. Limitation of Liability

VanaggarEG's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, and text, is the property of VanaggarEG and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your information.

9. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed and materials ordered. Specific terms will be outlined in individual contracts.

10. Force Majeure

VanaggarEG is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
